When deciding on whether you want microblading or microshading or both, you might ask what is the difference in the two?
Microblading is a specific way to achieve a natural fuller brow. When microblading, I use a hand tool with a small blade which is formed by many tiny needles. In this technique the blade is dipped into a colored pigment and then scratched onto the clients skin leaving very precise, hair like strokes. This fills in sparse areas in your brows.
Microshading is a technique in which I use a machine with tiny needles, similar to a tattoo gun. The needles rapidly puncture the skin, leaving tiny pigmented dots on the brow. This approach simulates the effect of eyebrow makeup and produces an overall darker shaded brow. I offer the service of “Ombre brows” this is only microshading. I would suggest this for someone who has plenty of hair but just wants the effect of makeup behind their natural brow hairs.
When combining the two methods, both microblading and microshading, you will get those hair like strokes and the filled in effect. This makes it look like your brows are full of natural hairs and also filled in with an eyebrow pencil.. This cuts out your time in the mornings getting ready because you wont have to worry about filling in your brows anymore!
